Con­sist­ent Ad­vocacy: We Stand by Your Side.

With our com­bined strength, we con­tinue to pur­sue your claims against EY with un­di­min­ished de­term­in­a­tion. The pro­ceed­ings re­quire pa­tience and re­main a chal­lenge. Nev­er­the­less, we are mak­ing steady pro­gress and are util­iz­ing ad­di­tional lever­age to max­im­ize the pres­sure on the op­pos­ing side.

Our de­term­in­a­tion re­mains un­waver­ing. While the plaintiffs have not yet fully real­ized their po­ten­tial — due to a lack of uni­fied ac­tion among all parties in­volved — we have already achieved cru­cial milestones:

• The re­main­ing de­clar­at­ory re­lief claims have been com­pre­hens­ively and timely substantiated.
• The lead plaintiff has been con­firmed in of­fice and is cap­able of tak­ing action.
• The basis for li­ab­il­ity against EY has been ex­pan­ded to in­clude three ad­di­tional companies.
• In­ter­locutory in­junc­tions and U.S. dis­cov­ery pro­ceed­ings are cre­at­ing ad­di­tional pressure.
• We are us­ing an­nual share­holder meet­ings and the ac­tion against the APAS re­fusal to ad­vance the investigation.
