The law firm Schirp Schmidt-​Morsbach has already filed one in­di­vidual law­suit and six class-​action law­suits on be­half of vari­ous cli­ents re­gard­ing PRO­JECT Wohnen 14. The oral hear­ing for the spe­cial AIF PRO­JECT Wohnen Fünf Met­ro­polen is sched­uled for March 19, 2026.

We also of­fer class-​action law­suits for other PRO­JECT funds. Pre­par­a­tions for PRO­JECT Met­ro­polen 16 are un­der­way and are ex­pec­ted to be com­pleted by the end of April 2026.
