We ad­vise fund com­pan­ies with sub­sidies in hous­ing con­struc­tion in Ber­lin, which have hit troubled wa­ter through the ex­piry of pub­lic fund­ing and changes in tax laws, on how to eco­nom­ic­ally re­hab­il­it­ate. In many cases, we were able to achieve set­tle­ment agreements.
