Al­ex­an­dra Binia has been work­ing as a so­li­citor at our law firm since 2011, spe­cial­ising in in­vest­ment law and cor­por­ate law. In ad­di­tion to ad­vising ag­grieved in­vestors in closed-​end real es­tate funds and en­for­cing their claims for dam­ages on the basis of pro­spectus li­ab­il­ity, Ms Binia also ad­voc­ates for the en­force­ment of tor­tious claims for dam­ages. An­other fo­cus of her legal work is the en­force­ment of in­vestor rights at the cor­por­ate law level.

Ms Binia com­pleted her stud­ies at the European Uni­ver­sity Vi­ad­rina in Frank­furt (Oder) and her legal clerk­ship in Pots­dam with a for­eign post­ing in Mon­tevideo, Uruguay
