Since 2010, Al­ex­an­der Temiz has been work­ing as a law­yer in our law firm in the area of cap­ital mar­ket law, and in 2014 he ac­quired the ad­di­tional qual­i­fic­a­tion as a spe­cial­ist law­yer for bank­ing and cap­ital mar­ket law. Legal is­sues in bank­ing law are his main fo­cus. He ad­vises and rep­res­ents both private and in­sti­tu­tional in­vestors with re­gard to all legal is­sues re­lated to swaps and the re­voc­a­tion of loans. In ad­di­tion, he ad­vises not only in­vestors of closed-​end pat­ent funds but also share­hold­ers in col­lect­ive cases. In in­sur­ance law, he ad­vises in­vestors on the re­voc­a­tion of their life in­sur­ance policies.

Al­ex­an­der Temiz stud­ied law at the Freie Uni­versität Ber­lin and com­pleted his legal clerk­ship at the Kam­mer­gericht in Ber­lin. Between 2007 and 2009 he has worked as a freel­ance law­yer with a fo­cus on cap­ital in­vest­ment and in­sur­ance law.
