Since 1994 we ad­vise and rep­res­ent private and in­sti­tu­tional in­vestors in all fields of law, that are as­so­ci­ated with money and in­vest­ments. Spe­cial­ized in bank­ing law and cap­ital mar­kets law, twelve law­yers fight for a clean cap­ital mar­ket also in all fields of law as­so­ci­ated with our fo­cus like com­pany law, bank­ing law, tax law, in­sur­ance law and in­solv­ency law.

Re­li­able, trans­par­ent cap­ital in­vest­ments are our primary con­cern. There­for we not only sup­port private and in­sti­tu­tional in­vestors, who in­ves­ted in closed-​end funds, bonds, ob­lig­a­tions, cer­ti­fic­ates, stocks or life in­sur­ances, with our ex­pert­ise. We con­sultat­ively stand by the side of ini­ti­at­ors and is­suers dur­ing new de­vel­op­ments of funds and other cap­ital in­vest­ments as well. In ad­di­tion, re­spect­able broker gladly rely on our as­sist­ance when in need to help their cli­ents with fin­an­cially suf­fer­ing or de­faul­ted in­vest­ments. The largest as­so­ci­ation of in­vestors of closed-​end funds in Ger­many, Ak­tions­bund Akt­iver An­leger­s­chutz e.V., is ad­vised by us reg­u­larly, too.
